Advanced Kickboxing

Our Advanced Kickboxing class is designed for experienced students who want to refine their skills and challenge themselves. Sparring is optional but encouraged for those who want to put their skills to the test.

Kids Kickboxing

Our Kids Kickboxing program is designed to introduce children to the world of martial arts in a fun and safe environment. Classes focus on basic techniques, discipline, and respect, while promoting physical fitness and building self-confidence. Suitable for ages 6-12.

Women's Kickboxing

Our Women's Kickboxing class offers a fun, supportive environment for women to learn kickboxing and improve their fitness. Classes focus on technique, self-defense, and conditioning. All skill levels are welcome.
